We've read about this place a lot and so we've always wanted to try it out. This is our first time here. I ordered bone in wings with lemon pepper dry rub. They were excellent. Wished they offered a smaller count. Will had the burger dipped in wing sauce. It came with a wing on top. The burger was excellent. Only negative is the mixed / bar drinks. Taste like something from a restaurant....chain restaurant. They were weak. My draft beer was excellent. Our waitress was excellent.
Definitely the best wings around! Service is always amazing and don't think I've had anything off their menu that isn't always delicious. Great place to catch a bills game or stop in for lunch if you're close by. Jessica and David are definitely two of the best servers I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Tj and Erin do an awesome job keeping up with all us crazy Bills Mafia crowd on game days!
This rating is based on a single visit and is focused around the burgers and fries. Basically, everything was average. And that's not a bad thing. But there are a lot of good burgers out there for which these must be compared. We would like to see more flavor and attention to detail. The meat patty wasn't evenly cooked, not much seasoning, the bun was almost forgotten about, etc.
Once again, not a bad burger, but it could be much better for the price. The tots were quite good, well prepped. As was the service, average as well, but that's all we were technically looking for. Prices were also on par.
Overall, good, I would go here again, and perhaps try something else.
If you search buffalo wings in Round Rock, every single place has a low rating except Anchor. So I decided to give them a try. I called in an order for boneless wings, extra crispy and extra saucy. I got back to work and the wings had very little sauce at all. Definitely not extra sauce and very dry meat. At this point, I can't go back cause I picked them up on my lunch break. I honestly do not understand why it's so hard to get decent wings in this area.
Place was great, the wings were the best I have had since we moved to Texas 6 months ago. Service was great as well. Only catch is the wings are a bit pricey due to the high quality of wings. Big and flavorful. That's only reason for the 4 stars. I will still go back even since it was a bit pricey.
